I really like the atmosphere and the food at this restaurant. Never had bad service and the food is good
Visited today with a party of 11, and from the moment we walked in, the service was disappointing. We even had our names and orders typed out to make things easier, but Jean handled issues poorly and blamed us instead of taking responsibility.
One staff member was kind and helped with a refill, but we were later told he couldn’t assist us anymore. Meanwhile, customers who came after us were served and left while we were still waiting. Checkout was also frustrating and...read full review
