The snowballs are fluffy, the flavors are unique, the ice cream is delicious, and the flavor selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of classic and unique options. I especially love their 'birthday cake flavor with condensed milk' and their carrot cake – they are both heavenly! But it's not just the snowballs; the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. “I visit Brook’s Sno-World about 1-2 times a week whether it’s to get a snoball, banana split, meat pies, and cheeseburgers, etc. I have not one complaint about anything they serve. The burger patties appear hand-packed and youcan customize a snoball any way you like. The wait may be a little longer than a fast food restaurant but perfection takes time. They politely will ask you to pull up to the sign so they are able totake the next customer’s order and once your order is completed and bagged, they will rush it right out to your vehicle. Their menu has endless options and I will recommend ths establishment to anybody in the Houma-Thibodaux area.“

“I’m so glad I made the decision to pull in and order here! I had the best carhop experience I’ve ever had! La’nae is on top of things. She’s kind, friendly, and even though she was busy, she took the time to chat with me for a moment. She answered my question professionally and personably. She definitely makes the job look easy! (Six cars and DoorDash orders all came in within about 30 minutes, one after the other.) Still, she got my order right and out the fastest I’ve ever gotten my order! And it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!
