“My son and I were in town to attend a wedding. We stopped in for dinner Friday night and grabbed a large po' boy and a salad to share. The food and friendly service were so great we had to stop in Saturday for lunch before the wedding! We live in San Antonio, Tx, but will definitely be back when we pass through New Iberia to visit family! That bread pudding looked good and the serving is large! We might have to give it a try next time! 😊“

“This was a second choice after driving by our first choice but, it ended up being the best place we have eaten on this trip! The food was absolutely delicious, the Old Fashioneds were spot on and the people working there were over the top! The owner sat and talked to us for a while and his stories were very interesting, thank you sir!“

“We’re from Canada and we’re looking for some good seafood. Our server was Regina and she was the kindest women ever! Taught us how to properly peel a crawfish! 10/10 recommend!!! Food was fantastic, true Louisiana style❤️“

“Only thing is to say it was an expensive lunch. Good thing it was while on vacation. Food was great. No complaints about the service. I would have preferred a Cajun, Creole or Zydeco music to the modern stuff. My order consisted of unsweetened ice tea, Boudin egg rolls, pecan pie and the Sampler (etoufee', gumbo, and red beans & rice). They close at 2:30pm.“

“I’m new to the area and have already been to Tim’s Kitchen five times — three times for takeout, once dining in, and twice placing orders for pickup, including this past Sunday. Each visit, the customer service has been outstanding — always attentive, warm, and genuine. Tim greets you as soon as you walk in and knows his customers by name, making every visit personal and welcoming. The hospitality extends to his staff too — everyone makes you feel right at home. So far, I’ve had the barbecue twice, gumbo four times, fried shrimp, and the fried fish plate with étouffée, all with delicious sides, including great potato salad, which is hard to find. It all comes with that soft homemade bread, the perfect touch to any meal. And let’s talk about the desserts — I’ve had the wedding cake twice now, plus the red velvet, and both are the best I’ve had so far in Acadiana. Even my family members who were visiting couldn’t get over how good these homemade cakes are. I’ve also tried the chocolate chip doozie and the chocolate doozie with whipped cream (which was recommended by his wife — and what a great recommendation!). I have so much more to try at Tim’s, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit!“

“This was our first time going. Heard good things, so we decided to give it a try. They did not disappoint. Not only was the food amazing but the staff was amazing. Definitely would recommend this place and we will definitely be back again.“
“Price is right now, but mild to medium basically is hot. Little too much on today's batch“
