It was a great experience. We went for breakfast & the food was great. Our waiter was awesome. My friends granddaughter was with us, she's 6 & she enjoyed it also & can't wait to go back 👍🏾

Located on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel, 8 Block | Kitchen & Bar is a bustling spot that offers a range of drinks and basic bites. The bar is open to hotel guests and visitors alike, and the friendly service makes it a great stop. Enjoy a delicious meal, such as their popcorn shrimp and burger, or indulge in the huge breakfast buffet with hot oatmeal, hot grits (the best in town), scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, pancakes, French toast, and New Orleans flair items. The omelette and waffle station can be slow, but servers like Dejan and Vajilia provide top-notch service, keeping tables cleared and drinks refilled. The bar can get very busy, but the outstanding service and delicious food, including coveted grits and fresh fruit, make it a must-visit destination in New Orleans.
