Mind blowing whiskies and absinthes! The rice whiskey that Jedd has is fire - so incredibly unique, smooth, and special. We did a tasting and had absolutely one of the best experiences NOLA! Jedd genuinely loves his craft and it really shows - he took us through a huge variety of different spirits, the histories and processes of each. What an amazing tasting! Read the website carefully to arrange for a tasting and for directions on how to get there—it's worth it! Jedd ran us through a wide gamut of spirits, and they were all fantastic. Gin, rum, rice whiskey, three kinds of absinthe, and more! Highly recommended!
