An absolute gem! It was amazing to find a Vietnamese restaurant this delicious in Louisiana! We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy fried egg noodle and the family style pork and vegetable spring rolls where you can assemble your own rolls. It was so fresh and delicious!
I walked into this restaurant for the first time today. Only 3 people in the building. I ordered my food and the ladies were very sweet and helpful. I love Bánh cuốn and have only found 2 restaurants in my travels that sell this dish regularly. When I tried it I needed to add a bit of cilantro but I will say this is the best Bánh cuốn I have ever had. Even though they didn't have any black fungus, it was still absolutely delicious.
