“I love that Feng Cha is walking distance from my house but what makes it so special are quite a few things. First soon as you walk in the ambiance is amazing with all of the anime vibe that’s in the restaurant. It really sets the tone and you feel like you’re in another world and not just another Blane store. The staff are super dope and don’t mean that lightly, no matter whose behind the counter from Amber to Tracy, to Sydney or Coleen they are always high spirited and warm to every customer who walks in. As I sit and do my work throughout the day I sit and notice how each customer is greeted and served and I must say the Feng Cha staff provides white glove service. Even the owner Lina sometimes works the front and she is very warm as well but what I also appreciate about her staff is no one rushes you when you’re undecided and they are all very knowledgeable of the products. If ever confused on what to order just as whoever takes your order what’s their favorite drink and go from there. There’s also an app you can download to get your points which add up for you to get something cool be it a free add on to your drink or more. Annnnnnd there is something pretty cool for those who live in the area(with proof of course). There use to be an arcade machine on the wall which housed hundreds of classic and modern games which my favorite was PepsiMan so I was kind of hurt when the machine didn’t return after the renovations. But the 85inch flat screen which always has something cool on makes up for it and the smaller tv above it that plays the music is a cool addition. You might get jazz, K-pop,hiphop(clean versions), or a dj mix. Either way it’s all family oriented and it makes every feel welcome when you come here. Oh and parents they have family board games and such that you can play with your kids while you wait for your order, so for me from my own personal experience I give Feng a 5/5 stars. Lastly you have to check out the bathroom not only is cleeeeeeean but it’s very much not your typical bathroom, it’s very much pic worthy.“

“my girlfriend and i always order the chicken Pho [we order the same thing every week, unfortunately dong have pics of it becasue i just have to stuff my face] but yesterday i went pick up our food and before picking up i called. i placed my order and it was funny because she called me marie instead of my govn’t name. when i got there, the owner and i laughed because of the mixed names. got on the subject of her liking my tattoo and she started telling me how her tattoo on her back is for her son Michael. my heart shattered and i honestly had tears in my eyes because the way she spoke so beautiful about how this was his dream and she wanted to do this for him was truly beautiful. we got on another subject of why i LOVE this restaurant so much!! yall, they make this broth sun up to sun down so it’s fresh for you! i can have dreams about this pho because of how yummy it is!! everyone needs to go try it! the people who work there are very sweet! great atmosphere!“
