A totally new dining experience!! The food was exceptional, service was excellent, & cooking our own meal was a very novel experience!! We laughed & enjoyed the entire meal! Everything was delicious!! The 6 in our party all thoroughly enjoyed the outing!!!

We have been to Gyu-Kaku many times and nearly every time it has been a great experience. This visit was not one of those times. There was only one sever in the entire restaurant. While he did his best, obviously service was delayed and inattentive. Several of the items that we ordered were never brought to our table. Because we did not see our server very often, it was impossible to get the issue of missing items rectified. We enjoy eating at this restaurant. I hope they address...

Food is delicious and high quality. Fun time for a date or to go eth a group of friends! I would NOT recommend for kids that have curious hands - definitely can be dangerous if you burn yourself. Service was a bit slow and not very attentive, but not terrible, still polite and we got our food eventually.
