“I wanted the rooty tooty with peaches. They were out. The blueberry was pretty good. They put slices of cheese on top of the eggs rather than scrambling them into them. The food wasn’t bad though. I ate all of it. What was bad was an irate customer going back and forth with a staff member and the delay in calling the police. I didn’t feel safe. What was worse was not being able to drive my bus and trailer around the back of the building to exit because employee cars were blocking the exit. If there had been an emergency, responders would not have been able to enter that way.“
“Lance White was amazing!!! As soon as we entered, he greeted us with the biggest smile and unmatched energy from the host stand. It was apparent that he was taking care of the front, pickup orders, and he was serving tables—he did it all so efficiently with great work flow. Absolutely the best customer service and best IHOP employee my entire family ever had the pleasure of meeting! You could see he made other customers smile just as much as us. Most employees at every location we’ve been to put in minimal effort and act as if they dislike their jobs, but not Lance! Seriously, one could not wish for a better employee, please give this wonderful man a raise! The pure joy he spread to us is something we will never forget.“
“Yes, there are plenty of local, non-chain places to go to breakfast, but if you want something fast, easy, reliable and familiar, this IHOP fits the bill. We also wanted something close to our hotel. Great service and the food was exactly what we wanted!“
