Magazine Masala Indian Kitchen serves authentic Indian food, with amazing vegetarian, vegan, seafood and chicken options. The cook is amazing, and the dishes from north and south India are fresh and great tasting. The decor and exotic photography of real India are loved. The lamb korma, medium spice, has a solid portion and actual medium spice, very aromatic with identifiable solid spices like cloves; some may find it a bit too salty, but for those who like that it is perfect. The food is the best Indian ever, with incredible service, a local neighborhood spot and a hidden gem. The chicken mali coriander is recommended. The pani puri, samosa chaat, garlic butter naan, butter chicken and salmon curry are hearty and delicious, with healthy portions. The salmon is perfectly tender and buttery; the butter chicken chicken was a little tough to cut without a knife, seemed a little overcooked in the heat of the broth. Prices are comparable to dinner prices, not a separate lunch menu, and the check features different cash and card charges. The food is delicious, with friendly and helpful service and a nice atmosphere, a great new spot.
