The sausage biscuit is the best in town and the pastries are just okay, but sadly the owner is extremely rude and uninviting.
I had a good experience at the Maple Street Patisserie. Maybe because I wandered in at the same time as a local who recommended the carrot muffin to me. It was moist and sweet.
Jack is always lovely and the food is beyond good, never disappoints. 100% worth checking out if you’re near (or far). Muffins are always perfect, and the danishes.

The carrot muffin comes highly recommended, moist and sweet, while the blueberry scone is described as the absolute best ever eaten - light, flavorful, and fresh. The manager, Jack, is friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The selection of muffins and danishes are always perfect and worth trying out. With a master baker who studied all over Europe, the quality of the food speaks for itself. However, there might be some confusion with orders, as seen with a customer receiving a raisin challah instead of a plain one.
