Customer service was great
Food was hot. But they handed me a cup for my drink with a somewhat opened utensil that was covered in caramel inside of it. And when I asked to get another one the worker just about rolled her eyes and acted like I was the problem
It's a McDonald's. The staff here is actually really friendly, which makes a big difference in the Product Experience.
