Extremely helpful drive thru
one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant!
They make the best fries every...single...time!! The young people who work there are fast and polite!! Always a good experience on my work break!! I wish they were in Kenner!!

McDonald's provides a friendly and enjoyable experience, with some employees offering exceptional service. However, customer service can be inconsistent, with some staff members being unfriendly. Despite this, the restaurant remains a popular choice, with some locations, like the one on Carrollton, standing out for their fast and polite service.
