MIDORI Sushi & Hibachi Express is a small, clean restaurant with outdoor seating overlooking Carrollton. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including hibachi, lumpia, and chirashi sushi, all of which are delicious and well-presented. The service is friendly and accommodating, with a highlight on the chef and hostess/waitress. Although prices may seem steep, the quality and portion size make it a great value. The sashimi plate is a highlight, as is the house salad and the Midori roll. The ramen and sushi bento box are also exceptional. The restaurant is particularly quiet on Tuesdays and serves a variety of sodas, iced tea, and lemonade. The specialty rolls are a must-try and enough for 3 people. The restaurant does not serve alcohol. Overall, MIDORI is an affordable, tasty, and convenient spot that locals and college students should definitely check out. The owner is very accommodating.
