A spacious industrial-design cafe. Good for work/study and laptop friendly.
If you are looking for a place to study, this is a great space. Had a sandwich and coffee and they tasted great. Sandwiches come with chips. Also shout out to them for having outlets at each table!
Not sure you are allowed to Poo Poo the Rue. I'm not a coffee expert by any means, so can't arrest to that. But it's been around awhile and I have found memories of the Rue growing up.

Rue De La Course is a charming coffee house situated in a repurposed old bank building, offering a spacious and open atmosphere with high ceilings that create a welcoming ambiance for studying or working. Visitors are reminded to pay for street parking unless it is Sunday.
