Amazing bar, amazing roast beef po-boys. Never miss their annual St. Patrick’s block parties. There’s usually two. For 2025, Not positive if it’s on Thursday, March the 13 or Friday the 14th, but for sure on Monday the 17th, 2025.

It had been a few years since we’ve been in, and we found ourselves within an hour of NOLA today. To quell our hunger, it was decided to go to Parasol’s. Our plan was to be the first ones in the door when they opened. Well, we were second. My roast beef Po-Boy was as good as I remembered, the best in New Orleans. If you’re in the area, stop in. The place and the staff are really cool.
