Pho Dó Reviews
Talk about a wonderful experience. First, the pho is incredible and savory. Second the owner Drew came out and introduced himself and his family while explaining his broth process. Finally , the portion to price is where it needs to be..... the meat is definitely in attendance and the flavor is abundant. Please help keep this gem in Nola!!!
The food here is really good and authentic. The pho tastes great, and the broth has some really good clarity. The chef who made this definitely knows what they’re doing. Pho broth should never be dark and cloudy, and the pictures of the pho I posted below are a prime example of what GOOD pho broth should look like.
Lastly, the coffee is spectacular. One sip and I felt like I was back in Vietnam all over again. It definitely kicks you in the rear and wakes you up!

It was our second time trying out a Viet restaurant in the New Orleans area since we usually eat out at Vietnamese restaurants in the West/East bank area. The exterior looked modern, whereas the interior looked simple yet clean and neat. The service was really nice! We got their Pho Dac Biet *Combination Beef Noodle Soup ($18.00) & Bun Bo Hue *Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($18.00). The portions were decent and the flavor was really good. You could tell that the broth was made fresh....read full review

Pho Dó offers a wonderful experience with incredible, savory pho. The owner introduces himself and his family while explaining the broth process. The portion to price is where it needs to be, the meat is definitely in attendance, and the flavor is abundant. The food is really good and authentic. The pho tastes great, and the broth has really good clarity. The chef definitely knows what they are doing. Pho broth should never be dark and cloudy, and the pho broth is a prime example of what good pho broth should look like. The coffee is spectacular—one sip feels like being back in Vietnam all over again. It definitely kicks you in the rear and wakes you up. The mì bò kho is absolutely loved, with good noodles, tender beef, and a really good portion of beef. Service is fast, and the seafood pho comes with plenty of veggies and different seafoods. The broth is really good, and the ambiance is chill and relaxing. The exterior looks modern, while the interior looks simple yet clean and neat. The service is really nice. Pho Dac Biet *Combination Beef Noodle Soup ($18.00) and Bun Bo Hue *Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($18.00) have decent portions and really good flavor. The broth is made fresh. There is street parking. A complimentary bone marrow broth/soup is fantastic. The server is attentive, and the most flavorful broth you could ever imagine is perfect 10/10. Highly recommend this spot if craving pho in NOLA.
