It’s impeccably decorated. The smoked trout dip will ruin all other fish dips for you, it’s the BEST. Highly recommend this place.“

“It helps that this pub is directly across the street from our hotel. That’s worth +2 in my book even with horrible service and low choices in spirts. However, this place is great! I woke up every day, and had a pregame brunch dink(s) served by an awesome bartender Todd. Perfectly personable with drops of NOLA history and places to visit (sightseeing and food). 5 stars! “A friendly local joint. The personable bartender served tasty beverages and conversation about the history of the bar, including the celebrities and movie productions that have been in the bar. Spent an hour and was inspired to daydream about living in the area and have this be the bar where everyone knows my name. If you need a break from the city, this is it.“

In addition to bar time bites, their food travels well (due to some thoughtful packaging, bread isn’t stacked atop meat, etc) and I am able to grab stuff on my lunch break.
