About SoBou

SoBou is a restaurant known for its wonderful food and tasty drinks, offered in an aesthetically pleasing environment. The space is a vibe, with a room opening onto Chartres Street for great people watching. The drinks were good, including a Ramos Gin Fizz and mocktails, and the food was very good and delicious. Everything was hot when it came out to the table. The selection was broad enough so that everyone found something they wanted. The short ribs, chicken, and crawfish dip were delicious. The staff were all very nice and made the evening very pleasant. SoBou provides a good food and wine experience in a decorative setting.

Went to the bar to grab a drink while waiting patiently. No one ever came to us after 30 minutes. Husband went back and they said they could find us when table was ready and gave it away. The bar is literally just steps from the hostess stand. Finally sat 45 minutes after reservation to wait to be greeted...read full review
