Starbucks in New Orleans

“This Starbucks is hands-down one of the best! The drive-thru is incredibly fast, even during busy times, and the baristas are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about great service. On top of that, the coffee is consistently great. My breakfast is always hot and I love that I can get it any time of the day. They always have what I am looking for and even fun new food items. There is plenty of parking and even a cool mutual by a local artist in the drive thru. This location really sets the standard! ☕️🙌“

“I visited this Starbucks while staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans. It was very convenient to have a coffee shop right in the lobby, especially in the morning.The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh.The place was pretty clean and cozy, with plenty of seating and free wifi.The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for a hotel Starbucks. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and easy caffeine fix.“

“I have been here many times while studying abroad at Tulane, and it was my favorite Starbucks in New Orleans and a great study spot! Each visit, I searched for the Been There Series New Orleans mug but never managed to find it. Hopefully, it will be back in stock someday?“

“My Experience at this Starbucks is always a pleasant exchange all of the employees are nice and very efficient at what they do the standout employee Kelly has been around for numerous years and I love interacting with her. Thank You guys for always making us feel welcome.“

“I've been wanting to go in there because the building looks so cool from the outside. It was a really warm day but sitting on the balcony would be really fun another time. They have plenty of seating upstairs that's specifically designed for working/studying, which is nice. Service was great. My oatmilk latte was just the way I like it, and that's the beauty of a chain, I suppose.“

“I always order through drive through or on the app. This is only drive through that I can actually understand what the person is saying clearly. The associate is usually friendly & I do not have a long wait for the food. Ordering inside is another matter. They seem to cater to the drive through because it takes a very long time to order & receive the order inside. The last inside order I was trying to do there were 2 people ahead of me & I waited 4 min & they were not finished with the first person so I left & ordered in drive through very quickly & when I looked through the window the second person was waiting for her order as I was leaving.“

“I am a regular and usually order delivery through Uber Eats. The amount of Ice they are pouring in my Venti lately (last 3 deliveries) is way too much. I will not keep paying $7.00 for a Venti Matcha Latte that had too much ice. Let's be reasonable with portions Starbucks.“

“I ordered the Protein matcha and sausage egg cheese muffin. The match wasn’t as imagined and Gabby must’ve noticed my reaction to sipping it. She asked if I was ok with it. I expressed I didn’t like it. It was quite frothy (assumingly because of the protein milk). She then said she would remake it with oat milk.. and I walked away very happy. I work 5 mins away and visit Rouses often. This Starbucks will now be my location to go because of Gabby. Thank you for noticing and creating a happy customer. 5 stars to you!“

“I would like the owner and management of this establishment to know that one of their Baristas by the name of Chennai(in likely spelling that wrong) is the sole reason that I choose this location over others. She is a very kind and beautiful woman and she's always very sweet to me and my service dog when we come in and very helpful and I want the management to know about that. Her customer service is beyond 5 stars in my opinion. But I have also grown to greatly look forward to seeing her in the mornings. She is a truly marvelous lady.“

“what can I say it's a Starbucks they're great consistent all the time very nice service I'm from Texas and I wasn't sure if it was just a Texas thing but here in New Orleans the servers were great and friendly they didn't have the caramel brulee anymore because it's seasonal but I told her to meet me whatever she thought might taste good that's kind of like it and she did a great job.“
