Ugly Dog Saloon & BBQ Reviews
Had smoked wings and the All American burger...one of the best burgers ever and cooked "medium" perfectly. Also a great atmosphere with some classic arcade games and pool tables.
Watching the Saints at the dog. Always fun and the food is great!
Great barbecue! Highly recommend!
The Ugly Dog Saloon & BBQ, located one block from the Hilton convention center, offers a casual dining experience with a lively atmosphere. The menu features various options such as pulled pork, alligator sausage, nachos, and Jambalaya. While some visitors find the food just acceptable, others describe it as one of the best burgers they've ever had and praise the tender and well-seasoned meat, including the Buffalo fried ribs. The restaurant allows dogs and has a good selection of beers on tap, creating a unique and quaint atmosphere that has stood the test of time. Suitable for a casual lunch, particularly with families.
