Wendy's in New Orleans

“First time over from the UK and had my first ever Wendy's here, absolutely amazing burger! one of the best things I'd eaten over there during my trip. Its made a great impression on Wendy's in my opinion, even the staff were great. Got some free fries ? for giving one of them a beer (true story) ? THANKS WENDYS!!!“

There are a lot of Street people in this congested area on chef menteur highway
They monitor their restroom , I haven't seen it fouled yet ,
I have lunch here twice a week and I've never had a problem here , I told Miss Kay I usually don't eat inside these restaurants , but this restaurant is so clean and they don't have homeless people in here camping out , like most of the urban restaurants ,
The managers at this Wendy's restaurant , should be given an award , The Golden Wendy Award , The food is good too ,

“I have tried the pretzel baconator at four or five locations already, and this Wendy's location has had the best burger by far. The two burger patties were fresh and juicy, not dried. The bacon was cooked and placed perfectly on the burger. The pretzel bun was soft and fresh tasting. I have got a bun that was hard and tasted a little stale. One time at the Wendy's on St. Charles Ave. I ordered the pretzel baconator and got a regular bun. The burger was pleasantly appealing to the eye, meaning it looked like it did on the menu and in the advertisements. GREAT job to the employees at this location, keep up the great work. We appreciate you all!“

“I was actually greeted with a "Good Morning" at this drive through when I ordered my breakfast today. I live closer to the Wendy's on Terry Parkway/Belle Chasse. The service there is god awful, the wait times are horrid, and the food is some combination of those two. The one on stumpf is better, not great, but better. It's farther than I care to go for Wendy's usually tho. However, I had an errand to run this morning and happened to be close to this Wendy's on Berhman. I went on a whim, around 740. The lady greeted me with a "Good Morning! :)" not a "you can order when you ready" or "go head with your order" or even "what are you getting", it was a "Good Morning". Astonishing. I ordered my regular, paid, left in a decent amount of time. The food was all cooked well, potatoes to perfection, my HBCB (Xtra HB ofc) ACTUALLY HAD EXTRA HONEY BUTTER!!! Now usually, you order from Terry parkway and to them Extra = None. Stumpf extra= regular. Here? They nailed it. The chicken wasn't a dried out, super tough, nugget sized something that had been fried to hell and back, it was cooked well, juicy, and was too big to fit on the biscuit. The only way I could have been more pleased was if I had gotten 100 bill slipped in my bag or a lil smooch before I pulled off. Absolutely immaculate visit to a Wendy's. I will be returning.“

“It's been a long time since I have been able to go to a fast food restaurant and enjoy my whole meal. The crew was so polite. There was an error with my sandwich and they insisted to correct it with a smile. Definitely enjoyed the experience. I just wish I had a receipt.“

“Hi, I believe I left my glasses at your store.

I visited your New Orleans location yesterday around 4:24 p.m. and sat at a table on the left side of the store when facing from the counter. The table had a backrest against the wall.

The glasses have a black metal frame and were in a dark blue case.

I’ve been trying to call, but I haven’t been able to get through.

I’m currently traveling and have already left the area, so unfortunately I can’t come back to check in person.

“I don't remember the women's name who took my order, but she had her hair in a ponytail, and a head band on!She was very lovely, and very kind. I had quite a large order, but the team got it together really fast!Only negative was the Dr. Pepper tasted like it had run out of syrup, and we had already driven off. Granted, how would the employees know without tasting it?“

“Employees was saying arguing and fussing plus they wasn't using gloves touching nuggets fries and buns with there bare hands but then when he seen me looking then they started using gloves and the utensils to scoop the fries and nuggets“
