We had dinner tonight at the Metairie road and I10 location. The old Semolina location. They first tried giving us someone else’s drinks. Then they tried to give us someone else’s appetizer and then another appetizer that we didn’t order. My salad was brought to me after my entree. My ribs were burnt. When the waitress handed me my dessert, the plate felt rough, I slid my hand across it on the bottom and top and it was dirty. I sent it right back. Waiter was new and he forgot...read full review
I visited the location on Ponchatrain in Nola last night _
I will NEVER dine in late at night -
The host was outside playing with the managers dog in the parking lot -
She walked in the side door and greeted me picked up the menu and NEVER sanitized or washed her hands.
The server complained about it being slow-
My food came out cold-
The manager on duty last didn't care-
They put my side dishes in the microwave
