“My first time at a Firehouse Subs I was advised before I went that I should get the Hook and Ladder. The young lady at the counter suggested that but also with bacon. I ordered that and was so happy for her suggestion. The sandwich was delicious and moist. I will be back again soon.

They both have a tremendous, positive energy; that's plainly obvious...and very much influences the 'finished product'.They are FAST, efficient, and the sandwich artist in particular; made the best sub I've ever eaten... “I’m not sure who made my sandwich, but **** it was delicious!!! I had a medium honey ham with extra mayo, onions, and bell peppers. The amount of mayo and onions was perfect. The sandwich was so good and fresh that I’m thinking about going back before 9pm for another. Customer service was excellent too.“

“Lunch was fabulous today! There was a group of 15 of us for a wedding and TeErica did a wonderful job accommodating us. Food was delivered correctly and she inquired about doing refills. Sandwiches and salads were tasty and southern hospitality was evident. Great to see that exists in the world still! Thank you! Highly ecommend this restaurant!“

From the moment we walked in until we left, we received exceptional customer service from this team. We were picking up sandwich trays for my sons birthday party, which were very tasty and delicious.
