“Incredible diversity of options. Asian was my favorite with a vegetable stir fry and edamame. Sushi was pretty fantastic for my son. Although to be sure, everyone with me had Asian offerings. The only sort of shortcoming was that the food arrived to the table at very different times but expected given the type of business.“
“How is this place not constantly packed with people is beyond me. The best Japanese cuisine in the Hammond/Ponchatoula area. The prices are reasonable. Our family favourite are the snow crab salad (no crunchy), chicken hibachi w/noodles, clear soup, New Orleans roll and a big chicken fried rice. The inside is small but we always order to go.“
“We never had Korean BBQ, but we are hooked now. When we went here the first time, we were not sure what to expect last year, but ever since then, we have been amazed. The service is extraordinary, but honestly, the best thing is the owner. When we did not understand things on the menu, or how it was prepared, she would go the extra mile and come over and explain things to us. (She was even nice enough to bring us a little extra of something we were not sure about, which we ended up ordering more!) ORDER THE BAO BUN! Their servers also go above and beyond and seem to always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend sitting at one of the tables with the burner, or whatever they're called, because that is a experience in it of itself. We cannot wait till we go back again, and I'm sure it will be much sooner than later.Vegetarian options: We have three family members that are vegetarian, and they were able to eat plenty. One of the few places that they have multiple selections for them.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are a little older, but there were several children there and seemed to be enjoying it. There is quite a selection available for them.“
“Have never been here but had a great time! Our chef was funny and the bartender knows how to make a great drink. Great portion sizes for the price...and enough to share. Definitely recommend the Nagoya for 2, the dumplings, and the Cajun roll. The only problem we had was our server was not very attentive and they had to redue our order. Other than that...it was a great time! Price varies on alcohol purchase.Parking: Plenty“
“Delicious! We hadn’t had food from here since before they changed their name. We used to get a beef and veggie dish before but I couldn’t remember the name so I ordered the chicken and vegetables dish and some fried rice. It was sooo good! My daughter liked the chicken. My only qualm was that they didn’t include any fortune cookies.“
