“The ice cream is delicious! It’s so rich and creamy! You can eat it there and they also have some pre-packed to take home.They have coffee and snacks. They also sell frozen beef, pork, and lamb.You will have to go through a gate to get to the store. A very nice lady issued a parking permit for us.“

“Literally everything about this place was phenomenal!! The options to choose from. We had the jackhammer freedom berry and james browny jackhammer and they were both very refreshing, ingredients were fresh, and usually I'll eat a few bites and be done but finished off a medium. We will be returning here. It was a let's just go check it out with no expectations and we are now hooked!!!!! It's worth a try. I would have left a photo but once tried it I couldn't stop.“

“The ladies that worked this afternoon on 3/3 were absolutely great they had a huge crowd the line wrapped around the lobby twice. Not only did they handle this large crowd with grace they were extremely nice and patient while working quickly at that. Amazing customer service which you don’t see a whole lot of these days. This experience made my day better. Thank you to them!!!!“

“This place is nice, service is very good despite the fact that they prepared the vegan ice cream from scratch.Whatever flavor you choose, they can make it vegan for you. They use oat milk and nitrogen, and you can see the mixers making your ice cream fresh!The only thing is that (at least for the small cup) you can only choose one flavor. It tastes nice, but the flavors are very mild. I thought it was going to be stronger. I almost couldn't taste the Key Lime.Prices are too high. We paid $20 for 2 small cups with one scoop each.There's definitely room for improvement. I hope they listen to their clients.“

“I went there one Saturday many weeks ago, but no one was there even though it was during their hours of operation. It was a while ago so I don't remember the exact date. I kept meaning to write a review but it kept slipping my mind.Otherwise, this is a very good place to go for a snoball with great service!“

“I am nothing but pleased with this location! I ordered a cookie cake and when I picked it up, I noticed the colors on Happy Birthday were wrong but I took it because I didn’t want to be a pain… however after leaving at looking at it again and again, I just didn’t like it. I went back 10 minutes later and talked to the employee and they were so nice! It wasn’t a big deal, mistakes happen, I just wanted it fixed. They offered a solution and were totally professional. No one was mean, no one was mad, and everyone was friendly. I left completely happy and everyone LOVED the cake, it tasted great! Will definitely be returning.“
