“Don't recommend🚩🚩 Clearly the door states that they are open til 8pm Monday-Saturday. The time was 6:50pm on a Tuesday. The doors were locked, as I noticed one of the workers cleaning tables:I knocked to ask what was going on(beings I as well work with the public )...I was completely ignored. FASLE ADVERTISMENT & POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 👎😔“

“We have been here many times, and not once have we been disappointed. The service is great! The food is good also. There are a variety of items available on the menu. This is one of my favorite places to go out and eat crawfish when it's in season.“

“Jambalaya, white beans, Cole slaw. The white beans were Great Northern beans and were pretty bland. Good cole slaw and very good chicken and sausage jambalaya. Order at counter and take a number. Was busy when I was there but the order came up quickly. Big open seating area not fancy but plenty of room for large parties and I ate alone at a small table for two. I noticed that they offered lunch specials.“

“Outstanding in all aspects! We got to town a little late & stopped in just for a lite bite & drinks. The oysters, black and blue tips & wine were so wonderful we returned after business the next night to try more. Round 2 included the Feta Whipped Brussels, Creole French dip & Duck + Butter beans. Mrs. Fontenot, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/delivering process and even made sure I was fed when I just came to drop the check off. Everyone raved about their jambalaya and I was extremely appreciative of how friendly Mrs. Fontenot and her entire staff was. Could not recommend enough!!! (The pastalaya and jambalaya are to die for!)“

“On our way back to Texas after a weekend in New Orleans we stopped at Don’s Seafood for lunch and couldn’t have had a better experience. Everything was perfect. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. Our server, Beth, was undoubtedly the best. She was super personable but genuine. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. The food was amazing. Truly the best Seafood we have ever had. Everything tasted so fresh and came out quickly. The icing one the cake, I have Celiacs Disease and there were several options to choose from. Cannot wait to have a reason to go back to Louisiana to stop at Don’s again.“

“I arrived close to opening time and may have been the first customer. The options are diverse and the meat servings are generous. I had the jambalaya dinner with potato salad and white beans. The beans were very hot so let them cool which is slow! The place started filling up about 11:15.“

“My family and I found this place randomly. We were craving crawfish, and we could smell how delicious it was while driving by. We stopped by chance and tried it out. It was absolutely what we were looking for! The sizes varied but were all filled with so much flavor. Great catches and the sides were also delicious. I highly recommend people stop and try these people out!“

“The food was amazing. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu which included the French onion soup, fried oyster salad and for entrees we ate the New Orleans Crab Cake Benedict and Short Rib Benedict. The manger was so gracious as to give me a small bottle of champagne to take home since all the desserts were made with chocolate and I am allergic. We will definitely be back for the dinner menu.
