“From such an unassuming place this was the absolute best food I had my whole road trip. You won't really have a place to sit and it's inside a gas station store but let me tell you...the Boudin Balls with cheese were freakin amazing. The chicken cracklins were like crack for my kids. The meat pies were great. The chicken tenders were amazing too. It was all so good, even my kids who are picky were in love. The dips were so good with it too. I just can't say enough GO TRY THIS. And the employees were all super friendly and helpful. So glad we went out of our way to stop and try this!“
“Went inside to order Togo food. I ordered wrong & got seafood gumbo instead of etouiffe, but when I got home & ate the food (seafood gumbo, blackened alligator & fried alligator) I was very happy with what I ordered. It was magnificent! We're going back again very soon.“
“Chef was on point tonight with the classics, special Valentine menu looked great but didn’t get there in time to enjoy, they ran out of some of the fish that I wanted, but no worries I had my go to dish: Tornedos Bayou La Fourche and she had the the Shrimp and Artichoke stack, our usual order. Drinks were great too, Cupids Arrow was like drinking a chocolate covered strawberry and the wedding cake was “the bomb” according to her! Great place to have a date night!“
“We went on a Thursday and my wife got the special. She said the chicken was dry but the sides were amazing. I got the Boudin Balls with pepper jack cheese. They were great. 10/10 We split an order of mini crawfish pies 8/10. The crawfish eggroll was ok. 7/10 but wouldn't get again. My daughter got the pulled pork poboy and it was 9/10. She enjoyed it.“
“Mia is such a lovely server. She was checking on us every few minutes making sure our drinks were filled and that our food tasted just how we wanted. This is the type of server that I loved to come and revisit over and over. Walk Ons I am loving it. My daughter Madison loved her salad. Said it was her best one yet.“
