Here’s the $20 pizza that was just delivered to us!
Ordered pizza at 7:11 with a two hour wait .... after two hours we called to check and being told our order isn’t even in the oven yet and we’re looking at another hour and half wait!!!! We didn’t get a courtesy call to explain that the driver broke down which is the story they told us when we called or apologies for now ruined dinner plans.... this isn’t the first time we’ve had an awful experience but tried to give another chance just to be disappointed!!

After 2.5 hour delay on pizza delivery I finally called. the phone was answered with papa John's can you hold please. after 6 minutes of holding I called on the other line. phone was answered immediately by the general manager, clay. I explained that we ordered 2.5 hours ago. He said," my driver broke down." I asked why were we not notified. His response was I'm sorry, what do you want me to do? I just want my pizza.
