Her top priority from the moment I walked in the door was that I found what I liked and was happy with my purchase. Top notch customer service, great coffee, kick ass merch. This is exactly what I expected and MORE from BRCC.“

“Y’all have something special at Common Goods! We drove up to Ruston from a nearby state park (we travel full time) and it was so worth the drive! Delicious food (seriously, the avocado toast is soooo good and so was the strawberry chocolate chip scone), amazing coffee (we had the Nutcracker), and awesome energy in the place & from the staff. 💚 My daughter enjoyed her strawberry Nutella toast so much that she insists we go back this Saturday to celebrate her 6th birthday and I am happy to do so! Definitely check this place out!“

“My daughter and I love coming here their Boba fruit teas and lemonade are great but the past 3 times we have showed up on Saturday including today at 1pm they are not open. we sat and waited for about 20 minutes, (my daughter really wanted boba) and no one showed up 🤷‍♀️ so great place. When's its open.“

“Coffee was done well, they didn't get phased by a complicated order haha food felt a little small even compared to Starbucks but they offer a much larger variety which is helpful. We had a decent wait for about 15 minutes but the customer service was top notch once we got to the drive thru window. Would do again 👍🏻“

“I can’t be more happy with this place. It’s so convenient, so good, and relatively fast considering the rushes they get sometimes. No matter in the morning, noon, or night these baristas keep kicking out these perfect renditions of the drinks pictured on the menus, sometimes even better! Fun to talk to, willing to help, and inspirational working crew with a good drive. They will give you that first sip feeling in a calm collected manner that lets your day start or finish off with the ideal refreshment.

Kid-friendliness: These employees are very friendly to all members of any family, especially the kids. I have seen them interact with children from the on campus elementary and it was great!“
