“Just like most fast food places Wendy's has no consistency for their food service. You are waiting in a line for 30 minutes. Thinking your order is fresh and hot off the grill, but this experience showed me. The order taker is not listening to your request throughly. I ordered a 4 for $4 meal, with a small vanilla and chocolate swirl frosted. I got a Frostburg with chocolate on the bottom and vanilla on top. I ordered a fruit punch and received a Strawberry Fanta. My food was cold and I tossed it. I find that nothing has gotten better with ordering from here. I am not going back to this location anymore. Good bye fast food.“

“We eat here often. It’s typically pretty good. However recently we’ve noticed we’re missing bacon on our bacon burgers. One time every one of our burgers missed bacon. And then tonight we had another one of our burgers missing bacon. We will be returning though! We love having a five guys in the area!“

“Y'all know my problem with this restaurant. I never get enough fries even if I order an extra extra large. It's like they knock the top off. I hate when the amount of food I get feels and/or looks pinched.?
Vegetarian options: All I can say is to order the fries, fruit, or salad and specify that you don't want any chicken on your salad.“

“I love you guys but y'all have to find some sort of solution to deal with this line outside. There's 15+ cars in line on williams waiting in line and of course, someone drives in off the side street in to the parking lot and tries to cut in from the side street in front of the people that have been waiting for 20 mins in the williams line . I sat there for 10 minutes literally watching 2 cars of people fist fight over their place in line. This is so stupid.“

“The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.“

“everything about this canes experience is none like other. I came from Oklahoma decided to stop at canes because it’s one of my favorite food places and was delicious. The staff is very friendly and kind , the Buffalo lemon pepper are very delicious , This is my favorite wing spot in Kenner especially for the big backs they stay open until 2am Monday thru Thursday and Friday to Sunday 4am , the mozzarella sticks are also BOMB . “This store has been having people issues they use to be extremely slow the entire store use to have attitudes. I'm glad they have new managers now one younger manager lady moves very fast she never stops moving. When she's there i know everybody will be in & out she should work every lunch shift. The service is alot better then months ago. She's a keeeper“

“Decent customer service and friendly rep who answered the phone when I asked a question. The food was of good quality and the temperature was just right. This was my first time trying the melt and it was PACKED with different meats! I definitely recommend the melt, it was so full and fulfilling. I had to save some for the next day.“

“Who doesn't love taco bell, I've been coming here for years I use the drive-thru quite often and I'm extremely pleased with daytime and late night shifts I'm there so frequently I remember all the workers'faces and to my surprise it seems they remember me as well, fast friendly, convenient and delicious“

“My son placed a large order for our family on Sunday July 23rd. When we arrived to pick it up the employees were so nice. Our food was awesome and every item we ordered was there. We will definitely recommend this Taco Bell. The employees working there this evening between 6:30 -7:00pm should be told what a great job they are doing.
