It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. “I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. I had ordered my son nuggets combo with fries but also got him a fruit cup. In the distraction with trying to care for my son, I thought I was missing a fry. So I brought it to the guy’s attention but by the time he came to the table, I located the my son’s order of fry that I put in bag on side of table to make room. And let him know. He said it was no problem and had us still take the extra fry. Will never get that service anywhere else.“

If they do get anything wrong with your order, they will immediately make it right. The dining room is kept clean. It is a great atmosphere. The food is fantastic. You cannot ask for a better place. “Don’t normally leave reviews. We come here often, but today it was more than my normal group of 5. We brought my 2 older sons and 9 of their friends eat for my oldest birthday and the staff was amazing with everyone. I ordered ahead of time and when we got there it was hot and ready. They handles the loudness and rowdy of 11 7-9 year old boys like champs!!“

“I visited McDonald's on the corner of LA 1, located in the ConocoPhillips station. It was around 1:30 pm. Both the fries and coffee were hot and fresh. The employee at the 2nd window had even added the cream for us in the coffee and was super nice. The only downside was the employee at first window. You couldn't understand what she was asking, and when asked to repeat herself, she was rude. Maybe we just caught her on an off day.“
