I used to work at Popeye's Louisiana Chicken in Shreveport Louisiana some years ago now. on the Greenwood Road at Jewella Avenue intersection to go thru Drive window or park your car. And come in to dine. Next door to Walgreen Store.
The best deal at Popeyes, for us, is the chicken sandwich. It is always delicious. We often get the meal, and my favorite sides are their red beans and rice, and fries. I like a lot of seasoning, not hot stuff, but good seasonings like theirs.
The food was actually hot. However, the line was 20 to 30 minutes long inside and out. When I pulled up the young lady that was in the drive-through line back out to go in and so I did the same and she said she had been waiting in line for over 20 minutes so I was inside the building and it was hot as molasses.
