The food is good but they always mess up the extra stuff you request and the add-on stuff you ask for and pay for and you get nothing. It’s ridiculous. Can you read a ticket? The people on the phone are unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered tonight. Dissatisfied. Lost money because I didn’t get what I ordered.

Glad you asked… Disappointment. That’s what they serve so well.
I would go into detail but it’s not worth it- like the large order of red beans, sausage & rice I got earlier.
Four small pieces of sausage, loads of rice sprinkled w/ some beans.
This place has to be a money laundering front- no way in hell the good people of Shreveport tolerate that nonsense.
The styrofoam they placed my to go order in ( Bossier store) melted on my overcooked, rubber food ( oysters and alligator) in several places. Called to notify about the Styrofoam and got an excuse and no apologies about that or the wasted food, that was severely overcooked. Also, would be wise to put the coleslaw in a separate container, warm cole slaw is gross. Only good thing was the beans. Will not be back to waste my money.
