“A new favorite for flavorful casual dining! Menu selections are not complicated, but well prepared and fresh Asian-fusion. Customer can control the heat as the fiery peppers come on the side. Light and flavored well! Relaxed, happy atmosphere with informed, patient servers. Parking can be stimulating, as pulling on and off Tchoupitoulas Street resembles aircraft carrier landings. Young, vibrant crowd, off the beaten tourist path but along an emerging strip of trendy and fresh restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Tuvi! My new favorite!“

“This place is Comfortable! It has warm & cozy vibes & just feels like home ... This is one of the remaining few places in the French Quarter where staff is Super friendly, & never ever stressy or rushed. You can eat here in peace, and taste your food, surrounded by the pleasant environment. It is a perfect location, Located right in the Heart of The Vampire District of Lower Decatur. & I come here in Full make-up & Dressed All in black for Goth and 80's Dancing right next door, and dress code here is never a problem. The VALUE at Zhang is its shining star... Refreshing Exotic and Unusual Ginger Drinks, and Stimulating Red Curry ... I always leave Fulfilled, & on soo many Levels ...“

“Who knew the best california roll I ever eaten in my life was 20 minutes away from my front door? The garlic salmon was so good too. 2 ice cold Abita's and a great waiter made for the best night i could have ever asked for. Schwarzenegger voice, "I'll be back... for more Sushi." ?“

“This is my go-to spot for sushi in the city. While there are several more premium options for sushi, they come with premium price tags. None of them hold a candle to Origami in terms of value. The menu here is extensive, so it will be easy to find something for everyone in your party. The rolls are pretty standard, but all are good. Their nigiri in particular stands out for being excellent yet being almost half the price of some of the other more hyped sushi locations in the city. Their cocktails are great as well.“

“This is my second time here in 3 days. The food is beyond exceptional. I love sushi and went to 4 different restaurants in 5 days. There was something to satisfy every sushi craving. The presentation was exquisite, with each piece of fish expertly sliced and arranged. As I took my first bite, the freshness and melt-in-your-mouth texture of the fish was undeniable. The ingredients were top-notch, and the rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.“

“Every so often my family likes to do dinner in old Gretna; it has a lot of charm. We were going for Vietnamese and chose Thanh Thanh. Cutting to the chase; the food was really good. Service was on point. A few things that were odd; I'm not saying bad; but from a brand marketing and customer loyalty perspective... odd. When you are seated; they ask what type of menu do you want; Vietnamese or Pizza? We could only guess that there is some sort of connection with the pizza place next door (Huey P's). We chose Vietnamese. Looking over the available options, they had all the staple Vietnamese options... but they also have Chinese (Beef & Broccoli), Korean Bar-BQ & Chicken Fingers. I've never been to a place which offer this much variety and I can see how one might this is good.. but the flip side is that by offering too many options, the result is that it makes the Vietnamese options 'feel' less authentic. The interior setting was nice but combined with the blaring 'pop country' music and Sharknado playing on the TV, it took the vibe down considerably and made the experience feel like a tacky tourist trap in the quarter. Not expected. This is one of those moments where a simple suggestion can go a long way... less is better! Find your niche. Perhaps the niche for this spot is catering to the jury duty crowd which I get, but perhaps by defining your niche; it may bring in more people; especially for dinner.Parking: Lots of free street parking after 5PM.“

“Very good. The only thing is the crabs ? They don't have the taste of New Orleans. They look very old and small. They have to add more flavor. The rest is all very good. The salmon is the best. I love how they cook it there. That's why 5 stars.“
