“I came with my friend on her lunch break, we waited her entire lunch (a hour!) for sandwiches. SANDWICHES. We got no apology until the manager came out (when we finally got our food) and the girl working the front had attitude when we inquired about what was taking so long. Workers kept telling us "we're backed up, there's a big to go order" after we started complaining, yet everyone in the dining area was waiting on food. We were not the only ones that complained. I understand you get busy, but wouldn't it be nice to let customers ordering food know that there's a long wait BEFORE they order?! No sandwich on Earth is worth that long of a wait! I'm sad to say it was my first AND last time there...“

“It’s a great place to sit down and study. The coffee is good and the workers are fast. They were very helpful when I order my coffee. The establishment is very clean and smells like freshly ground coffee. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes coffee places. It’s also in walking distance from most places making it easy to access.
