Louisiana dishes, but replacing the rice with potatoes. I got the Crawfish Etoufe potato and it was outstanding. Every bit was packed with flavor. Enen with generous toppings it sat lightly when finished. I will definitely go there again when I am in the area.
If you don't mind complete carb overload this place is for you! All of their potatoes are delicious but especially their broccoli and cheese. Had the pleasure of trying their chicken and sausage gumbo tonight and that was equally as delicious!

I’ve never had a better baked potato with toppings, in my whole life. We order often and are never disappointed. The potatoes are GINORMOUS, and you have so many options for toppings. Orders are lightning fast. If you’ve never had a Cajun Potato—you must not be breathing! Get one for supper! Or lunch!
