I went in for a visit today at this location. I went through the drive through and placed an order, I was told it would be a wait. My order was $30. I waited about 5 minutes then they came out with my food. I was expecting fresh food but when I opened the box the chicken was cold, dark, and hard. I went inside and explained it to the manager. She told them to give me fresh chicken. so I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. When I finally got my order the chicken was still cold....read full review

This is only concerning ONLY the Popeyes on N. Acadia in Thibodaux, La. (store #12922)
For the past 3 months, I stopped getting food from THIS store due to wrong orders, food not of the quality expected at Popeyes & rude employees.
Today I gave it another try.....no improvement at all. Big mistake!
To many details to list. I waisted time & my $6.22 on mashed potatoes & 1 small wing & I'm still hungry!!!
