Every encounter I’ve had with the staff has always been pleasant. The delivery of food is done in a timely manner.
This Sonic offers tones of parking space and outdoor covered patio with seating.
Something about eating outdoors does something to the soul and the cleanliness was amazing!“

“I ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak sandwich. I asked for no jalapenos. and usually they don't put any on there. I might get one in there by accident. but today in just about every bite I took it was alot of peppers. I couldn't enjoy my food because I had to sit there and pick out every pepper there was. im saying this because I love the food but please be careful you never know who is allergic.“

“They are always fast, but that is sometimes bad. They forgot my toast and the tenders were small. Could have been a kids meal. They are known for their sauce and it always lives up to the hype . They just need to double check their food before handing it out“

“I must say the customer service is amazing the lady at the counter is so sweet! So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and because I just had my teeth pulled I couldn’t eat the chicken unfortunately so I went to go order something else without thinking about asking for a refund or anything and she asked what was wrong I told her i had my money out ready to buy some nuggets and she said that she would give me a refund and I said no thankyou and she offered to replace the food so I agreed but only if she didn’t mind and she said not at all! So she said something about giving me the meal again and I said I had gotten my fry’s already and she said she would give me another order for free!! I couldn’t help but to think oh my goodness best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Very wonderful business and the food is always delicious!! She’s running a proper drive up restaurant. The prices are affordable not high like everywhere else nowadays. Thankyou for wonderful service and she’s always with a smile!

“Quan waited on us today in the Hammond Louisiana location and she was quite simply amazing. She was friendly and very good at her job . She came around multiple times and made sure we were taken care of . It’s rare in today’s climate of fast food to get such service !“

“only been thru the drive thru but the service was spectacular. the food was great, tenders thick and meaty, oakra was cooked correctly having no hard pieces in it, biscuits were delicious being not over or under cooked. when you ask for extra sauce they gladly give it to you. if you like extra honey on your biscuit, they give you enough to put honey on each bite. overall great experience, cant wait to go back“

“We stopped in for a quick lunch break & weren’t sure what to expect with this tiny location. The staff were EXCELLENT!! So helpful, friendly, & made our lunch exactly how we wanted it.
