“The food was very flavorful! Even the healthy items! We ordered the grilled fish with shrimp & veggies, and the fried snapper with fried shrimp and it was all SO tasty! Not heavy on the grease at all! The batter was light and crispy and not too salty (like other popular fast food seafood chains). Highly recommend! The hamburger with the grilled shrimp on it looked FIRE too! Will try that next time I’m in LA!”

“From the woods to the grill within a week!! Day’s didn’t just smoke the sausage but they have to be the most efficient at processing a deer! We dropped a deer off on a Monday at 6am and it was ready to be picked up that Saturday. When I dropped it off the young man working made sure what I wanted was correct 3xs. I could tell he actually cared about his job and getting it right. Quick drop off and when I picked it up I got the same process. 6am pickup (I’m an early bird) Everything was separated and packaged so neat. Worker loaded it all up and I was gone within 10min. We used to just process it ourself but we wanted burritos and smoked sausage. Our scheduled just don’t leave the time for us to do it. Grilling sausage tonight at the deer camp within a week. Highly recommend!! 🦌Happy Hunting!”

“We celebrated my mom’s 50th work anniversary there this past Saturday. They accommodated a huge party. Everyone received their drink and food orders timely. No mistakes on the bill! The servers were so accommodating, friendly, and go with the flow! I know it is super hard dealing with people shouting out orders at you constantly, but they did amazing!! Shout out to them! The hostesses were super friendly as well. We have no complaints at all!”

“I’d been through the drive through at the S Range location in Denham Springs about a month ago with my parents and the shrimp poboy and fries were delicious! Crispy and great flavor.

We were in town visiting family again and decided to grab lunch here. There were 7 of us in our group including my mom being in a wheelchair. The ladies that took our order were incredibly patient with my mom, who has dementia and wasn’t sure of what she wanted to order. The cashier leaned forward with a calm demeanor and explained the options to my mom and I could see she radiated kindness. That meant so much to me!

The food was delivered to our table quickly and it was delicious. Everyone there was friendly and the vibes were top notch. Even my husband commented about how nice and helpful everyone working there was. These employees deserve a raise and I hope they see this review. I genuinely appreciated their kindness.”

“I love to eat here. The roast beef po-boy and shrimp plate are Great!! My favorite is the onion rings, they are delicious. Everything is good. I haven’t heard anyone complain about the food there. The staff are so friendly. I NEVER pass up a chance to eat at Shack 16 and I live south of I-12. Would definitely recommend Shack 16. 5 stars!!”
