“Definitely check this place out and support this family-owned small business! Great Vietnamese food and seafood. Both the short rib and combination pho were delicious. The sweet and spicy chicken wings were so good- I thought about them for like days afterwards. Everything was very affordable and reasonably priced. It's also next door to an Asian market so you can grab snacks and other groceries there on your way out. If I lived in Lafayette, I would come here all the time.“
“All around a great experience! I walked in and one of the first things I noticed was how good the restaurant smells! Just from the smell, you know the food is going to be good.Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. I got the combination pho. So much flavor! Vietnamese tacos are amazing. Grilled pork banh mi is good as well. Highly recommend!“

“Wound up swerving into the parking lot of Blu Basil, almost passing it up; trying to find a nice spot for lunch. Vivian was our server and took very good care of my partner and I on our first Valentine's day together. I thoroughly enjoyed my first taste of curry and my partner was amazed by the Vietnamese rice plate, specifically, the meat. Both were lunch specials. The decor in the restaraunt is beautiful! “This is my favorite restaurant in Lafayette and no other place comes close, it’s no contest. I visit weekly and always get the large oxtail pho with mixed vegetables, tendon, steak, and brisket. It may just be the best pho I’ve ever had and I’ve had some pretty delicious pho everywhere - LA, Philly, New York, Chicago, Miami. The Korean short ribs are very good as well. Also I get the Vietnamese ice coffee to go with condensed milk - takes about 10 minutes and I don’t go anywhere else. I did once and I regretted it. See my other reviews. You won’t be disappointed here.“
“Best asian I've had in Lafayette! They make it better than I can at home so easier to eat out here then cook. The sushi is out of this world and Thai food is authentic. A hidden gem right here in Yongesville I highly recommend this place.“
