“First time visiting chipotle- I was greeted by Kimberly , the store manager. She realized how confused I was with all the options. She took the time to help me order on the app. Without her help, I would have not been able to figure everything out.
Chipotle has a great manager to represent the company. We just finished eating what I ordered and I now I’m a custom for life.

“I ordered a few items. This was my first time trying any additional sauces. My daughter and I wanted to try the avocado ranch as well as the Chipotle ranch. When I got my order there were no sauces. He apologized and said he'd grab them and gave me two coupons for a free item with purchase. After looking at my receipt,he pointed out that I got the sauce on them not on the side. On the website, they pictured the sauces in little black cups as if they were on the side. That was my fault, I didn't realize you had to order it separate from the item or else it would come on it. Anthony (who I didn't know was the g.m until I was leaving) was extremely kind and understanding to me. To be honest, I wasn't nice at first thinking they messed up. Even made a snarky comment about good thing i checked the bag. He handled me perfectly even after realizing it wasn't their mistake he was still extremely nice to me. He even made me new food because as I said we were trying the sauces for the first time and didn't know if we'd like them. I said you don't have to do that, he said I want you to have a good experience. Anthony was amazing and we need more managers like him. He handled this situation so gracefully perfect. Thank you.“

“Just had lunch here for the first time while my car getting service next door. I was super hungry, so I got a shrimp taco, a carnitas taco, and an order of beans and rice. It was only about $15, and it was a ton of food. Very fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and my food was ready very quickly. Will be back!“

“Everything five stars, the service is quick and pleasant and the food is delicious. My favorite part is they don’t price absurdly high like so many places which means you can go more often. Me encanta!

They also have benches so you don’t need to eat in your car or sit on the side walk.“
