“Walked in looking for some good Mexican food and hit the jackpot. Staff was helpful and easygoing.
Started off with the birria plate and then saw an order of chicharron come up and ordered that as well.

“I ordered some dishes for an upcoming and shower and while there decided to get a meal to go to try it for the first time. I got the fried chicken it came with rice, beans and a macaroni salad. Everything was absolutely delicious and was a very generous serving. The staff couldn't be any nicer or more accommodating. I have no doubt the food I ordered for the shower will be equally amazing. I'll definitely come back and be a little more adventurous in choosing a meal but good fried chicken just sounded so appealing and most restaurants only offer fried boneless.“

They keep things moving quickly if you know what you want. I have not had a bad meal or negative experience at Baja's. I guess this is why they are successful.
