I come 2-3x a week and generally have a good experience except when this employee is on desk (didn't catch her name tag but has dark hair, working on June 4 @ 9:30 AM).
Twice now (in May & June), she's refused to make Lavender Matcha, saying the store didn't have it. But everytime I come, everyone else has always been able to. I know it's a seasonal drink, but she could've offered regular matcha or something else.

Inexperienced workers are Starbucks. Extremely sweet latte i had ever got. Had to toss.
