Seafood platter, I usually ask them to replace what I don’t eat in the platter with some other fish.“

“Great for mala (dry) and for other shareable plates. Their large dish can definitely be split between 3 or so people. Would highly recommend recommend if you’re in the area and craving something spicy. Parking is of course very difficult to find, but not unusual for the area.“

“Love Hopewell, my fiancé and I come here once a month, maybe even more than that. The food and drinks are excellent — if slightly more focus on cocktails than beers, fwiw. A little pricy (what isn’t nowadays) BUT they have a nice weekly (Thursday?) chicken sandwich special if you’re cost-conscious. Only detracting mark: beware the appetizers that use the cute little cast irons, I have a hunch (I.e., 2x time food poisoning last fall) that someone might accidentally be using grandma’s classic “wipe down” method instead of typical restaurant grade sanitization on their CI😅 But otherwise this place slaps so still 5-starred🤷‍♀️“

“Our meal at Dumpling Kingdom was excellent! I really enjoyed our meal here and the service was good. The food was excellent and I highly recommend the flounder and the sesame chicken. Portion sizes were big and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend this place!“

“Great location with amazing staff and great food and drinks. Quick service and a wide variety to choose from. Staff are friendly. Bubble tea is delicious and a nice piece of fried chicken or a chicken sandwich to go with the meal is amazing. It is located inside the 88 supermarket. There is free parking right outside the market.“

“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. Don’t hesitate to ask a question, you will definitely get an answer. :)“

“great food, pickup only. you wouldn't want to eat here unless you had to, and the takeout food is really good, however the price increases on things like the terriyaki bowl have grown too high for my budget. they used to be 11.50 back in 2023 (including tax/ tip), and im looking at 17.75-19.00 in 2025.
