A great place to have breakfast and lunch. Probably my favorite place to have a breakfast sandwich before I go to work.
Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean.
The place is popular so plan accordingly if you go there during a busy part of the day

Very good iced chai and the sandwiches here are good as well. Comfortable seating and access to outlets, though there could be more of them. Only issue was that the WiFi didn’t seem to work with my phone.
Food is good for the price. I’d come back
