“Fantastic! More of a takeout joint but they do have a few tables. The pho was delicious, the broth is perfect. Egg rolls are vegetarian and have a unique flavor profile. The banh MI was fantastic, bread is perfectly textured and flavors are phenomenal. Cute little spot in the big y plaza.“

“Anyone who rates this restaurant less than 5 stars is absurd. I am a huge foodie and have found that there are VERY few good restaurants in the Valley. Saigon Chef is EASILY #1. Frankly I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars it’s that good!!! The pho is spectacular—I have no idea how they make the broth so flavorful. Truly a feat! This unassuming restaurant is a must-visit. The staff are very friendly, too!“
