“After a long day at work I normally don't stop for coffee but for some reason I just felt like I really wanted to get something to drink. I decided to try something new and went with an iced Americano, with cold foam, butter pecan syrup and blueberry or maybe coconut unsweetened flavoring. Whatever I got though it was amazing. Hands down one of the best rings I've ever ordered and I'll always get that from now on!! Thank you dunks for making a delicious drink. Plus it was the weekend too so that extra caffeine kept me up pretty late that night, which I can't complain.“

“I just want to thank the wonderful manager who helped me at 6:30 AM last Saturday morning. I had placed an online order the night before, and the online app gave me a confirmation that the order would be ready for pickup the next day. When I showed up in the morning, I was surprised that the order was not prepared, and apparently not even received. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager and her team of two other co-workers quickly assembled a large order (box of joe, dozen donuts, 6 breakfast wraps), giving me the benefit of the doubt that the failure in communication lay with the Dunkin' app which "confirmed" my order. I was very thankful in the moment, and able to arrive to my own place of work on time due to their expeditious effort. It was only later in the morning that I checked my EMAIL and saw that the Dunkin' app had sent a message that the order was not processed since the CC I used had expired. Upon realizing this, I immediately returned to the Dunkin' location at the end of my shift. Of course, since this was 12h later (6:30p.m.), a different crew of young men were staffing the counter. After explaining the morning's situation, I paid the whole balance of my order using a different CC. I asked them to relay my thanks to the morning crew when they had a chance.“

The service was impeccable. And the quality of my drink and my friend's drink was top-notch. My large hot coffee was so tasty, delicious and served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. My friend's hot Matcha Latte was so amazingly tasty, delicious, and also served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly, patient, efficient, and did an awesome job loading my Dunkin' card on my app, taking my order, and serving me. I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.

We had a donut wall to go alongside our wedding cake and it was a big hit with our guests. They provided us with a tasting box months prior to the event so we were able to choose the flavors we wanted for the wedding, including a vegan option for certain guests. We would highly recommend hiring Union Square Donuts to add a special touch to any private event!“

“I first met the owner since he was selling kombucha at farmers’ markets back before he started the donut business. I’ve always found their donuts somewhat variable although most are excellent. Having moved to the neighborhood of this shop I came in and tried their vegan Chai Apple Cider. It was delicious and tasted like fall. They had four vegan flavors when I came in.“

Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. “This was my first time at a bubble tea place in probably 10 years. There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. The Shared Tea lets you customize everything down to how much ice you want and how sweet you want your drink (great accommodation for those on special diets.) My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.
