“The place serves good but average donuts, the best donuts in my experience is the Boston kreme at 1.58$ and a coffee roll which the best value for its size at 2$ for 50% bigger donuts and a lot of flavour, keep an eye out for suspicious people as a druggie came in once and harassed a kid“

I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹

It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive. I really need to make a point to learn more of their names, because every single person there contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.

One unexpected bonus — it’s actually a really convenient and safe meeting spot. I use it a lot for Craigslist transactions or quick in-person pickups and drop-offs. It’s well-lit, has a steady flow of people, and plenty of visibility both inside and in the parking lot, even at night. You never feel sketchy meeting someone here, which is a rare compliment for any public space these days.

“I would give this Winchester, Massachusetts Dunkin' location 100 plus stars if given the option. This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The service was impeccable. And the quality of my drink and my friend's drink was top-notch. My large hot coffee was so tasty, delicious and served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. My friend's hot Matcha Latte was so amazingly tasty, delicious, and also served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly, patient, efficient, and did an awesome job loading my Dunkin' card on my app, taking my order, and serving me. I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.
