The building inside and out is comfy and charming also hosting a local artist. You know what they say about integrity? I witnessed someone from the restaurant helping a lady out with a walker, put her leftovers in the passenger seat, helped her transfer to her vehicle and fold up her walker and put it in her vehicle. Later found out it was the owner. Integrity… doing what is right even tho no one is watching! (I noticed bc I wondered why she wasn’t getting in) ❤️“

“It is a great place for any occasion but we always eat here for special parties too. The prices are extremely fair but the food is always great. There is something for everyone on the menu and they are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs. The ambiance is magical. My family has lived nearby for decades and decades. The Old Mill was a landmark even back when I was a child. I remember we would drive up the hill from Fitchburg and smell the incredible food cooking at The Mill. We ate there yesterday and I was reminded I needed to write the review after we had such a memorable moment, my mother and I. Thank you for everyone there who works so hard to make a special moment better.“

“McNally’s catered our wedding and we could not be happier - it was absolutely delicious and the staff were so sweet!!! We were so excited to get to serve each of our favorite foods (chicken piccata and pot roast)! When we went for our tasting, we were thrilled with how incredible every dish was and it made us really look forward to sharing it all with our guests. The garlic butter potatoes were unreal, the pot roast melted in your mouth, and the green beans had family members who don’t even like vegetables raving the next morning. We did a charcuterie and passed appetizers for cocktail hour, a buffet dinner, and coffee later on. I was beyond happy to get to eat every bite of my food!!! I still think about that meal and how much their team made us feel celebrated! Highly recommend!!“

“It's a great local bar, good food. It is important to note that this isn't a hotel, per se. It's more of a boarding house where the rooms have long term occupants. It's a great local bar and grille, just don't expect to stay the night lol.“

“I live like an hour and a half away from this restaurant, I was here for a hotel stay, and we(my family and I) went here for dinner, and it was the best food we’ve ever had. My brother had the steak and it had butter on it that was just mouthwatering. My mom had cheese burger sliders and she said that the serving was perfect, and they were just overall delicious. My dad had the ribs, and he said they were the best ribs he’s ever, and each rib had a lot more meat on it than he had expected. Both me and my father had the Cajuns sides(fries/tater tots) and they were perfectly seasoned. Me and my sister had the Mac and cheese, I couldn’t finish it the portion was so big, but my sisters was a smaller portion and it was perfect for her because she finished all but like three bites. Not only was the food delicious but the wait staff was incredible. They were so polite and on top of things, and our drinks were always full. One of the wait staff, I didn’t get her name, had moved around the table to be near my brother when he ordered because he was a little nervous. The food came out very quickly and the atmosphere was incredible, as well as the fact that the place was over all very clean. Honestly the best dining experience I’ve ever had.

Kid-friendliness: My little sister wanted the Mac and cheese, but it only had the adult size, but they gave her a smaller portion for a less price, amazing for her.“

“We were there last Sunday and the Food was good just wish the some of the staff that was standing around would take a broom every so often and clean the messy floor. Our waiter and the young man that sat us were excellent. There was a young lady at the door who may have been a hostess…she was messily dressed and hair all over the place.
