“We got married at The Herb Lyceum in November 2025, and it was truly the perfect venue for our wedding. The property is absolutely beautiful — romantic, warm, and full of character — with gardens, historic charm, and such a unique atmosphere that made the entire day feel magical and deeply personal.
What made the experience even more exceptional was the staff. Ariel and Elisa were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and wedding weekend itself: organized, responsive, calming, and genuinely invested in making the day seamless. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was and the TASTY FOOD . If you’re looking for a venue that feels intimate, curated, and unforgettable, The Herb Lyceum is incredibly special.“

“This is a really nice place in terms of environment, really warm atmosphere, you can feel like you are at your grandma’s house during the winter, that is how I was feeling.
The service is amazing, people working there is so nice, gentle and sweet. The drinks….. the drinks….. wine and beer are 100% local, home made, and those were just amazing. Different wines like red, white and sweet, all great. My concern, the menu. The have a very notable difference between the lunch menu and the dinner menu. Lunch is basically sandwiches, no too many options. Make sure to check the menu before visiting and make sure to go at a time according what you would like to eat.“

“The Oak and Orchard in Bolton was a lovely restaurant. My family had a birthday party for me there last weekend. The place was lovely, the service was excellent and the meal was delicious. I highly recommend the Oak. and Orchard for a terrific dining experience!“

“Arugula salad is the best ever! Shrimp cocktail is excellent. The Lobster Guacamole, Spicy shrimp & hummus apps also excellent. Best entrees- Short Rib, Half roasted Chicken, Fish Tacos & their burgers delish. Best desserts: bread pudding - unreal!! & their salted caramel mousse and fresh whipped cream in the mason jar- ( tip may need a cig afterwards)!“

“My colleagues and I visited this establishment directly following our performance at GrotonFest, which was held nearby. The staff was very courteous and obliging. Lauren, our server, was particularly pleasant. We shared some lighthearted conversation, and our food was served promptly. The meal was substantial, the staff was friendly, and the view was extraordinary. The Rusty Randoms highly recommend Forge and Vine!“

“Jackie- the Friday Night bartender is beyond phenomenal! Had the best laughs and shakes the best drinks! The food always comes out promptly and exactly how we ordered.“
“Had the Cesar salad, it was pretty good (a little overdressed for my taste). The service was very slow considering we were only 2 of 4 people at the bar. Overall not a bad place if you don't feel like going out, but if you have another option, I would probably pick it.“

“This is a really good restaurant that’s located inside of the movie theater, but it’s not movie theater food. We had great burgers and the fries were perfect! The owner was also really nice and the service was great. Recommend trying it out“

“We come to Bailey's fairly often and appreciate the awesome service and atmosphere there. The bartenders are always attentive, fun, personable, and they make us feel welcome! We stopped in for a nightcap last night and really enjoyed Alex, Shauna, and Heather - great service and banter as always! For food here, I tend to like bar favorites such as burgers or nachos, but their chicken parm is always pretty tasty. The Mediterranean chicken salad is great for a healthier option. Live music 3 nights a week is also enjoyable, with some really good talent stopping by there. Thanks again to the hardworking staff for making Bailey's what it is!“

“We got the steak tip and the kids fried haddock.. Yummy yummy yummy. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. One of our best eats. I highly recommend trying this place out a few times over. Fast service on a Sunday afternoon. We will be back

“I visited Texas Road House, which I had not for a while because my experience the last time I went through four years ago was not great but going back today with my daughter and grandchild and Cese, our waitress was amazing very attentive very kind and respectful made it fun for my granddaughter great choice and hiring her she’s amazing.“

“The 3 for me deal is awesome.Started off with wings with hot sauce which were perfectly cooked and salsa and chips. We got 6oz sirloin steaks cooked to perfection, awesome loaded potatoes and broccoli which were plentiful and the Cesar salad and clam chowder were great. Had the cheese cake for dessert and it was a large delicious slice with strawberry preserve jam sauce. The place was busy but our waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful.“
